How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow your shipment in real time.

Do you provide size information?

Yes. Each product page includes a detailed size chart, and you can view our full Size Guide. Still unsure about your size? Feel free to reach out, we're happy to help you find the perfect fit.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags attached and in their original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect, in which case we'll cover the return costs.

Once we receive your return, please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed back to your original payment method.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@evarri.com and include your order number, clear photos of the damage, and a short description of the issue. We'll make it right as quickly as possible.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently deliver within the United States. Processing time: 2-3 business days (Monday to Friday). Shipping time: 4-9 business days (Monday to Friday). Total delivery time: approximately 6-12 business days from date of purchase. For full details, see our Shipping Policy.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Maestro, and Shop Pay, all through a fully secure checkout.

Where do I enter my discount code?

At checkout, look for the Discount Code field, enter your code and click Apply. The discount will be reflected in your order total.

Can I cancel my order?

You may cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing it. After this window, your order will already be in processing and can no longer be cancelled. You are welcome to return the item after delivery in accordance with our return policy.
